The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Top-down action-adventure controlled entirely via stylus on Nintendo DS. You tap to move Link, slash enemies, and scribble notes directly onto maps. Gameplay splits between sailing a small ship across fog-shrouded seas and exploring islands filled with puzzles and dungeons. The cel-shaded visuals match The Wind Waker's art style but shift to an overhead view. After Tetra vanishes aboard a ghost ship, Link wakes on an unfamiliar island with a fairy guide and must navigate both land and ocean to find her. Stylus controls replace traditional buttons for combat, item use, and navigation—you'll draw paths for boomerangs and chart courses on sea charts. Dungeons require revisiting a central temple where a draining hourglass limits your time per visit.
