Unpacking is a puzzle game where you unpack boxes and arrange belongings in new living spaces. Each level presents a different home—childhood bedroom, college dorm, shared apartment—and you place items like books, kitchenware, and personal trinkets into drawers, shelves, and closets. The puzzle element comes from fitting everything logically: mugs near the coffee maker, toiletries in the bathroom, clothes in the wardrobe. There's no time limit or failure state. As you progress through eight moves spanning years, the belongings themselves tell a story. A gaming console appears, then disappears. Diploma frames accumulate. Wedding gifts arrive. You never see the person moving, but their life unfolds through what they keep, what they discard, and where they choose to place a favorite childhood toy. It's about spatial reasoning wrapped in quiet storytelling.
