About
Bomb Jack II is a platform game where you collect bombs across single-screen layouts connected by scrolling passages. Unlike the original's discrete stages, this sequel links its familiar screen arrangements into a continuous map you navigate between. The core loop remains: leap around geometric platforms, grab bombs in specific sequences, and dodge enemies. Elite Systems developed it for 8-bit home computers, and it sold well in the UK despite mixed critical reception. A later variant, Bomb Jack Twin, added simultaneous two-player co-op. If you're after straightforward arcade platforming with precise jumping and pattern memorization, this delivers that in a more interconnected structure than its predecessor.
