About

Dragon Commander mixes turn-based empire management with real-time tactical battles and a dragon transformation gimmick. You're rebuilding a fractured empire by moving armies across a strategic map, then dropping into RTS skirmishes when forces clash. The twist: mid-battle, you can shift into a dragon to strafe enemies or torch formations directly. Between campaigns, you make political decisions that shape your empire's direction. The game juggles three layers—grand strategy on the world map, squad-level RTS when armies meet, and dragon-form action when you need a heavy hand. It's got roleplaying elements woven through the political choices, affecting how your advisors and factions respond. If you want strategy that doesn't pick one lane, this tries to give you several at once.
