Front Line

Front Line is a vertically scrolling shooter where you advance through enemy territory to destroy a fortress at each level's end. You navigate terrain like jungles, deserts, and brush that slows movement while dodging or eliminating enemy soldiers and tanks. Your soldier carries a machine gun and grenades, but you can occasionally commandeer abandoned tanks for heavier firepower and better protection. Each completed fortress loops the game at higher difficulty. Terrain types affect your speed differently, forcing route choices under fire. The tank sections shift the gameplay from vulnerable infantry to armored assault. Supports one or two players with four selectable skill levels from the start.
