Kirby gets sucked into Patch Land, a fabric world where his signature inhale doesn't work. Instead, he unravels enemies with a yarn whip, transforms into vehicles like tanks and UFOs, and stitches environmental objects into new shapes to solve puzzles. You team up with Prince Fluff to collect seven pieces of magic yarn scattered across themed levels—underwater zones, spooky forests, desert ruins—each requiring you to manipulate the cloth backdrop by pulling zippers, peeling back fabric, or tying loose threads. Boss fights include mind-controlled Dream Land characters. Two-player co-op lets a second person control Prince Fluff. The craft-store aesthetic replaces Kirby's usual copy abilities with metamorphosis powers tied to specific sections. Collecting beads (the game's currency) unlocks furniture to decorate Kirby's Patch Land apartment. Straightforward platforming with creative textile gimmicks.
