Side-scrolling beat-'em-up where you pick from six Power Rangers and fight through seven stages of Putty Patrol grunts. You start each level as a civilian, collecting thunderbolt items to fill a meter—once full, press a button to morph into Ranger form via a digitized transformation sequence. Morphing unlocks special attacks and happens automatically before boss fights if you haven't triggered it manually. The roster includes Billy, Kimberly, and Tommy (as White Ranger), plus newcomers Rocky, Adam, and Aisha. First five bosses pull from the TV show's second season; the sixth is game-exclusive. Final showdown is against Ivan Ooze from the film. One or two players can tackle it together. No giant robot battles this time, though the Ninja Megazord shows up in the ending. A cheat code lets you skip civilian sections and start morphed if you'd rather punch through levels at full power from the jump.
