Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2

Tactical RPG where Japanese high schoolers fight demons after escaping a prophesied subway disaster. You command a team across grid-based battles, recruiting and fusing demons to build your roster. A website shows death clips days before they happen—yours included. The subway crash you dodge kicks off a seven-day countdown as Japan crumbles under demon invasion. Between fights, you strengthen bonds with allies through dialogue choices that affect story branches and endings. Demon negotiation lets you talk enemies into joining, then combine them for stronger units. Time management matters: each story event or side mission burns hours on the clock. Battles demand positioning and exploiting weaknesses to gain extra turns.
