Super Mario Galaxy 2

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is a 3D platformer where you navigate spherical planetoids and gravity-warped space stations, collecting Power Stars across dozens of galaxies. You'll run upside-down on tiny moons, launch between floating platforms with star-shaped catapults, and ride Yoshi to reach otherwise inaccessible areas. Power-ups like the Bee Mushroom let you hover briefly, while the Cloud Flower spawns temporary platforms beneath your feet. Each galaxy presents self-contained challenges—some focus on precision jumping, others on timed obstacle courses or boss fights. Gravity shifts constantly: what's floor becomes ceiling as you round a planet's curve. The game includes an optional hint system for players new to spatial platforming. Bowser's kidnapped Peach again, but the story's an excuse to explore increasingly creative level geometry.
