Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Platform fighter where Nintendo characters and guests brawl on destructible stages until someone gets knocked off-screen. You rack up damage percentages instead of depleting health bars—higher damage means you fly farther when hit. Stocks determine lives. This entry adds Final Smashes: one-use super moves triggered by breaking a glowing orb. The Subspace Emissary mode is a side-scrolling platformer campaign where you unlock fighters by progressing through story levels. Standard versus matches still use the series' signature controls—tilt the stick plus attack for different moves, no complex inputs required. Roster spans first-party mascots and third-party cameos.
