In Xanadu, players embark on an epic journey as Areios, a young adventurer forced to flee his homeland besieged by monstrous threats. After arriving in the enigmatic town of Bolda, he learns of unsettling occurrences in the North Cave and sets out to uncover the truth. This action RPG, set within the rich Dragon Slayer universe, features a captivating top-down perspective where exploration, town visits, and monster encounters are seamlessly woven into the gameplay. Combat is dynamic, allowing players to simply collide with enemies to deal damage, while Areios grows in strength as he engages in battles and rests to recover. Throughout his quest, companions will join Areios, offering support against the lurking evil, while each chapter culminates in a thrilling side-scrolling platform segment, where timing and skill are essential to defeating formidable bosses.
