A hack 'n slash action RPG with procedurally generated dungeons set in a medieval fantasy world. You fight through changing layouts, collecting loot and rescuing townsfolk who then upgrade your hub town for future runs. Death isn't a reset—it's a mechanic. When you die, you enter the Realm of the Dead as a ghost, where you can continue exploring that same dungeon layout, find different treasure, and fight tougher versions of monsters your living self already killed. You'll switch between living and dead states frequently, using each to access areas and items the other can't reach. Rescued NPCs provide permanent upgrades between attempts. The loop: clear rooms, grab weapons and treasure, die, explore as dead, rescue someone, return stronger. Works if you want roguelike structure with a death gimmick that's more than punishment.
