Distance is a survival racing game where you pilot a car through a decaying, obstacle-filled city. Instead of completing laps, you race to the endpoint as fast as possible while dodging hazards. Your vehicle can boost, jump, rotate mid-air, and fly—letting you drive on walls, ceilings, or take airborne shortcuts between crumbling structures. The city holds clues to what happened here, revealed as you progress. Single-player mode teaches mechanics through a short story campaign. Multiplayer supports LAN, online, and split-screen across modes like Sprint, Reverse Tag, and Stunt. A built-in level editor lets you design tracks and share them via Steam Workshop. Made by veterans of Nitronic Rush, another experimental racer from their DigiPen days.
