Fallout: New Vegas
First-person RPG set in post-nuclear Nevada. You're a courier shot in the head over a stolen package, left for dead in the Mojave Desert. After a robot drags you to safety, you set out to find who pulled the trigger—then get pulled into a power struggle over Hoover Dam. Multiple factions (remnants of pre-war governments, local settlements, casino moguls) want control of the region's resources, and your choices determine who wins. Dialogue trees let you talk, bluff, or threaten your way through situations. Character builds use skill points across categories like guns, science, or speech. Quests branch based on allegiances you form or burn. The Mojave's a patchwork of irradiated wasteland, functional towns, and pre-war ruins you can scavenge. Fits players who like consequence-heavy RPGs where faction reputation matters as much as firepower.
