About

A 3D platformer where Mario explores Isle Delfino, a tropical resort falsely blaming him for graffiti covering the island. You clean up paint splatters and goop using F.L.U.D.D., a backpack-mounted water pump that sprays, hovers, and rocket-boosts. Each of the game's themed areas contains multiple episodes—discrete missions unlocking as you collect Shine Sprites, the island's stolen power source. Stages mix platforming with light environmental puzzles: wash away paint to reveal platforms, douse fire enemies, or spray down bosses. Between main objectives, you'll find blue coins and challenge rooms stripped of F.L.U.D.D. that test pure jumping skills. The setting leans into Italian-inspired architecture and a sunny seaside aesthetic, with locals called Piantas and Nokis. Bowser Jr. debuts here as the paint-slinging antagonist impersonating Mario. Expect around 50 Shine Sprites in required content, plus optional cleanup tasks if you're thorough.
