
Turn-based strategy where you build armies, capture towns, and manage heroes across a hex-grid map. Pick a side in a succession war between two brothers—Roland's rebellion or Archibald's rule—each commanding three distinct town types with unique unit rosters. Heroes level up, learn spells, and carry artifacts between battles. Combat plays out on separate tactical grids where unit positioning and timing matter. You'll spend turns gathering resources, recruiting creatures from captured settlements, and exploring fog-of-war terrain for loot and objectives. Campaign missions chain together with story consequences. Six town alignments total (three per campaign) offer different strategic approaches. Fits players who like methodical map control and don't mind dated visuals.
